SCS has its wide range of dynamic Data Base in all General & Special skills.
We do have proficiency in head hunting, We do rarely visit various Web Portals.
As a first step we make the candidate to come to our SCS premises to take up the preliminary round of technical written test irrespective of skills. Those who have got above the average with 65 to 70 % will be put on to the technical evaluator.
Now comes Second step : Those who got selected from the first round will be put on to the Hr.Manager for the second level of interview to check the candidate's soft skills such as communication, attitude & to update him the knowledge of the client where he/she will be deputed.
As the third step : The Candidate who gets shortlisted in the second Level , their Resumes will be send to the client after the verification of their original testimonials.
Contract staffs (BA) Retaining Process
The Candidate who ever joins in a contract Basis / Contract to hire position, SCS always sticks with its Process & Commitment with the association of its esteem clients.
The candidates will be informed about the Process & the terms and conditions of SCS as well as the Client, the place where the candidate will be deputed.
As per the HR policy of the SCS the candidate has to submit his any one of the Original certificate or his Original Passport for verification. The same will be returned to him at the time of release.
The Candidates are strictly informed about the Timesheet entry at the Client location with the approval from the project end.
The Candidates will be informed to serve one month prior notice from the date of the Resignation letter submission. The Candidate should work in the Client's Project in the said notice period.
